I’m preparing a new line of T-shirts made from fabric blends and I need a complete, factory-ready tech pack that will let my manufacturer start sampling without extra questions. The pack should cover every element—front and back flats, detailed call-outs for seams, ribbing and neck tape, BOM with exact blend percentages, Pantone colour references, size-spec table with graded measurements, construction notes, care-label artwork and any trim placements. Please deliver the working Adobe Illustrator file alongside a clean PDF.

Because the shirts rely on blended fabrics, include notes that highlight stretch, shrinkage and hand-feel expectations so a supplier can pick the right yarn mix instead of defaulting to 100 % cotton or polyester.

I’ll choose a freelancer based mainly on past work, so point me to tech packs you’ve built for knitwear or tees. If your files helped a brand get smooth sampling runs, mention that experience too.

What I’m needing: Project: Ghostwear Master Camo Pattern Tiles

Format Requirements: Scalable Vector (.AI or .EPS), CMYK color space for print, with embedded Pantone PMS spot colors.

Grid Architecture: Geometric Hexagonal/Octagonal array. Base micro-cell scale is 7/8" (0.875"). Micro-cells must cluster into 3" to 6" macro-tonal blocks.

Tile Requirement: Must be a 24" x 24" seamless, infinitely repeating tile.

Color Specs by Series:

Transition Ghost (Standard Mountain)

PMS 7764 C (Highland Olive)

PMS 425 C (Slate Granite)

PMS 426 C (Shadow Charcoal)

PMS 5773 C (Sage Brush)

PMS 7531 C (Dry Earth)
