I am preparing a manuscript that must stand up to peer-review, and I need the complete, publication-ready systematic review behind it. The single question it must answer is: “How effective is Anti-CD38 therapy in treating antibody-mediated rejection after kidney transplantation?”

Scope of the evidence
– Focus squarely on human clinical trial reports; other material may be cited for background, but the core dataset must come from trials.
– Perform a thorough, reproducible search of the Cochrane Library. If you wish to cross-check PubMed or EMBASE for completeness, that is fine, yet every included study must still meet Cochrane search standards.

Methodological expectations
Follow PRISMA 2020 guidelines throughout, documenting search strings, inclusion/exclusion criteria, screening decisions, and risk-of-bias assessment (ROB-2 or similar). Meta-analysis is encouraged if the data allow; otherwise provide a structured narrative synthesis with forest plots of key outcomes where possible.

Deliverables
1. Full systematic review manuscript ready for journal submission, delivered as a tagged PDF.
2. PRISMA flow diagram, tables of study characteristics, risk-of-bias tables, and any meta-analytic figures embedded in the PDF.
3. An appendix containing the complete search strategy and raw data extraction sheets.

Acceptance criteria
• All included studies are clinical trials evaluating Anti-CD38 agents for antibody-mediated rejection post-kidney transplant.
• Search and screening process is reproducible from the appendix.
• Conclusions are clearly linked to the evidence base, noting strengths, limitations, and research gaps.

If you have recent experience publishing transplant or immunotherapy reviews and can meet these standards, I look forward to working with you.
