I need a modern, fast-loading company website built with Gatsby from the ground up. The site will represent a system-integration firm and should end up with roughly six pages: Home, Service, Product Listing, an additional Services detail page, plus a combined Contact & About Us section.
What I expect on each page
• Service and Product Listing pages must showcase detailed descriptions paired with high-quality images and allow visitors to leave customer reviews and star ratings.
• The Home page should open with a concise company overview, followed by rotating client testimonials and a small “Latest News / Updates” area I can keep fresh.
• Contact & About Us should feature an easy-to-use form, our location, and a short company story.
Design & branding
I don’t have any existing style guide, so I’ll rely on you to craft the complete visual identity—colour palette, typography, iconography, even guidance on a logo treatment if you see fit. The look needs to feel professional and trustworthy while staying lightweight enough to score well on Lighthouse.
Content & SEO
Alongside the build, I’ll need SEO-focused copy for every page. Please weave in industry keywords naturally, set proper meta tags with gatsby-plugin-react-helmet, generate an XML sitemap, and structure headings for optimal search visibility.
Development expectations
The code should use the latest Gatsby version, React 18, GraphQL for data handling, and Sass or styled-components for styling—whatever keeps performance high. Optimise images with gatsby-plugin-image and ensure each page remains fully responsive.
Deliverables
1. Complete Gatsby source in a Git repo
2. Compiled static site ready for Netlify or similar - we can discuss further on it
3. All written page content in markdown or MDX
4. A brief style guide (colours, fonts, imagery guidelines)
5. Deployment instructions and a quick hand-off call or document
I’m looking to start quickly and would like clear milestones for design mock-ups, content drafts, initial build, and final QA. If this sounds like your wheelhouse, let’s discuss timelines and any questions you have.
