Sync Qualtrics Downloaded Study Form

I need the file attached to my survey’s existing “Download Study Information” link to match the version participants read on-screen. The version inside the survey is the only correct one, so please replace whatever file is currently served for download with this exact content while leaving every branch, display, and scoring rule untouched.

Participants must keep using the same button; don’t add extra links or trigger automatic downloads. Also keep the file in its current format—no conversions to PDF or Word.

Deliverable
• Survey updated in Qualtrics with the correct file linked, demonstrated in preview or test mode so I can verify the downloaded document is now identical to the on-screen Study Information form.
