SynapseIQ is a full-stack, multi-tenant SaaS platform that transforms company documents into a searchable and intelligent knowledge base. Teams can upload documents, automatically index their content, and use an AI assistant to ask questions and receive answers grounded in their organization's data with source references.

In simple terms, SynapseIQ is ChatGPT for company documents, designed as a production-style SaaS product rather than a basic AI demo.

How It Works

When a document is uploaded, SynapseIQ processes it through the following pipeline:

Upload → Extract → Chunk → Embed → Summarize → Index

When a user asks a question:

Question → Embed → Semantic Search → Retrieve Relevant Chunks → Build Context → LLM → Grounded Answer + Sources

This RAG architecture allows the AI to answer questions using the organization's own documents rather than relying only on general model knowledge.
