I have a 20-plus page brochure that needs a final, market-tuned review from someone who is both Switzerland-based and fluent in German. The piece is already written and laid out; what I need now is a fresh, local eye to be certain every page feels right for a Swiss audience and, above all, rings true and relevant for the people we speak to—schools, parents of volunteers, fund-raisers, foundations and university career centres.

The assignment centres on market relevance rather than a straight proofread, so I am expecting insight on tone, cultural nuance, imagery, calls-to-action and any subtle cues that might encourage readers to engage further with our NGO. If you spot linguistic slips or layout hiccups on the way, do flag them, but the core deliverable is a set of clear, actionable recommendations that will help us raise awareness of the organisation’s work among potential donors and partners.

A background in Swiss marketing collateral or NGO communications is ideal; familiarity with common design tools (such as canva ;) will make collaboration smoother, though the final feedback can be supplied as annotated PDF or a concise report—whichever you prefer.

I will share the current brochure PDF as soon as we agree to proceed. Looking forward to your expert perspective and suggestions that sharpen our message for the Swiss market.
