Swedish Real Estate Website Build

I have already uploaded the complete design and page-by-page layout for a modern, Swedish-style real-estate management site. Your task is to turn those files into a fully working, responsive website that exactly matches the look and feel supplied.

Core scope
• Implement every screen in the design, keeping typography, spacing, and color usage pixel-accurate.
• Set up a straightforward property-listing structure so I can add, edit, and archive listings without touching code. A lightweight CMS, headless solution, or a custom admin panel is fine—choose whichever lets future staff manage content with minimal training.
• Add a clear, GDPR-compliant contact form on both the main “Contact” page and each property detail page. Submissions should arrive in our company mailbox with the property reference automatically included when relevant. No other third-party integrations are needed right now.

Technical notes
• Mobile-first, fully responsive, tested on the latest Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.
• Optimise images and code for fast loading; Lighthouse score above 90 for performance and accessibility.
• Clean, well-commented code or a documented theme structure so any in-house developer can continue work later.

Deliverables
1. Deployed website on our hosting (credentials will be supplied).
2. Source code / theme package in a zipped folder.
3. Short hand-off guide covering how to add new properties and where the contact-form emails are routed.
