Survey Update: Pool & House Plat

I already have a recent, accurate boundary survey for my property; what I need now is a concise update that shows the new in-ground pool and adjacent pool house exactly as they will be built. The task is straightforward: overlay those two features on the existing survey, add their precise dimensions and layout details, and then generate a building-permit-ready plat that I can submit to my local planning office.
You will receive the PDF of the current certified survey. Using that base, please:
• Insert the pool 20'x40' with 8' on the left and ride for pavers, and 15' on the front and back with pavers and pool house footprints, call-outs, and dimension strings
• Reflect required setback lines that intersect either structure
• Keep all existing bearings, distances, and benchmark data intact so the county reviewers can cross-check quickly
I am not changing any property boundaries, utilities, or topography, so the rest of the drawing should remain untouched. Accuracy for scale and orientation is critical; the permit reviewers here compare every measurement to the original record.
Deliverables:
1. Updated survey drawing in PDF (arch-D or county-preferred size)
2. Signed/sealed plat sheet, formatted to local submission standards
Turnaround of three to five business days would be ideal. If you are a licensed surveyor or have recent experience preparing permit plats, that’s a plus—please note it in your bid along with any clarifying questions.
