Survey Results Entry & Summaries

I have a set of completed questionnaires whose answers are all numeric. I need every response transferred into a Google Sheet so the data is laid out by question: one column per question, each row representing an individual respondent.

Once the numbers are in place, add straightforward summary formulas—sum, average, minimum, and maximum—for each column so I can get a quick snapshot of how every question performed. Keep everything in a single, clearly-labeled sheet and double-check that the calculations update correctly when new rows are added.
