AlphaGov delivers public-sector consulting for cities, counties, school systems, special districts, utilities, and related agencies. Our work spans classification and compensation, organizational and operational studies, research and program evaluation, economic and workforce analysis, surveys and community research, and applied data and infrastructure research.
We engage experienced practitioners as project-based collaborators. Engagements are remote-first with occasional client travel. When you authorize it, AlphaGov may name you as an expert collaborator or key personnel on proposals that match your expertise. We build ready teams for live pursuits - not speculative staffing banks.
AlphaGov is building a bench of survey research managers for resident, community, customer, and employee surveys for local governments, school systems, and utilities. You would design statistically sound surveys, run fieldwork, and turn results into plain-language findings for decision makers.
We confirm scope, schedule, and fee with you before any engagement begins.
What you'll do

Design questionnaires and sampling plans for resident, customer, and employee surveys

Manage multi-mode fieldwork (online, phone, mail, address-based sampling)

Weight data and calculate margins of error and response rates

Analyze results with cross-tabs, benchmarks, and trend comparisons

Plan and moderate focus groups and community listening sessions

Write reports and dashboards and present findings to councils and boards

Contribute qualifications and past-performance narrative to AlphaGov proposals when you authorize naming

Apply to be considered.
