Surprise Proposal Capture

I'm looking for a skilled videographer and photographer to capture a surprise proposal on November 7th.

Requirements:
- Coverage of both photos and video
- Capture setup and arrival, the proposal, and immediate reactions
- Coordinate with someone nearby to stay hidden

Good morning! I’m looking for a videographer for a surprise proposal this Saturday, November 7th, in Plainfield, IL. I’m planning an intimate “Dinner Under the Stars” experience in our backyard, where a decorated igloo will be set up for my partner and me. I’m looking for approximately 2 hours of coverage, from 5:45 PM to 7:45 PM. I’d like to capture: * Her initial reaction to seeing the backyard and igloo setup. * A few shots of the decorations and us enjoying dinner. * Her children’s short, heartfelt speeches. * Her reactions while watching a custom animated love story set to a song I had written for her. * The actual proposal, followed by a few celebration and family moments. The entire experience will be fairly intimate and structured, so there shouldn’t be much downtime between moments. I’m primarily interested in video coverage, preferably with clear audio of the speeches and proposal, along with an edited highlight video. If you also offer a few professional photos, that would be a bonus. Could you please let me know if you’re available, your pricing for this type of event, and what would be included in your package?
