Surgical Floor Layout Design

I have a blank space that must become a fully functional ophthalmology surgical suite. The layout will house 1–2 operating rooms, dedicated recovery bays, and a sterilization area. changing rooms. etc. the floor is 64-3 by 46-6 (2988 square feet, including lift and staircase).

What I need from you is a complete floor-plan package that shows optimal room sizing, traffic flow, and clean/dirty separation in line with current hospital codes and best practices for eye surgery. Please factor in:

• Pre-op and post-op circulation around the ORs
• Adjacencies that speed instrument re-processing between the ORs and the sterilization
• HEPA and positive-pressure requirements typical for ophthalmic procedures
• Space allowances for microscopes, phaco machines, and laser platforms

Final deliverables should include a schematic plan (PDF + source file), a brief narrative explaining design rationale, and, if possible, a simple equipment layout so I can verify clearances with vendors.
