Surface Model to Native SolidWorks

I’m working with a customer-supplied CAD file that arrived as a set of stitched surfaces. Because of this, I can’t edit dimensions, add new features, or run proper mass-property checks in SolidWorks. I need the model rebuilt as a clean, fully parametric SolidWorks part file—no dumb bodies, no lingering surface patches, just a single native .sldprt that behaves like any other feature-based part.

The key challenge is the surface conversion problem. Faces fail to knit cleanly and imported features disappear when I try the usual “Convert to Solid” workflow. I’m therefore looking for someone who can either repair the existing geometry or recreate it feature-by-feature so that fillets, shells, drafts and other details are editable from the feature tree.

Deliverables
• One native SolidWorks 2020+ .sldprt file with a fully defined feature tree
• All geometry validated: no imported surface bodies, zero rebuild errors

Please tell me about similar surface-to-solid conversion work you’ve completed and the SolidWorks versions you used; that experience will help me choose the right person quickly.
