Surat Exhibition Stall Sales

I need a sharp, Surat-based sales executive who can jump in immediately and fill our exhibition plan for an upcoming exhibition. Your mission is to sell stall space to local builders and developers, guide them through the entire booking process, and make sure every stall is confirmed and paid for before show-time.

You’ll handle three core activities:

• Client outreach – call, visit, and pitch the benefits of exhibiting to targeted builders & developers across Surat and nearby areas.
• On-site booking management – sit at our booking desk once the floor plan opens, generate invoices, collect payments, and issue confirmation slips on the spot.
• Follow-up – chase pending leads until the agreement is signed and the stall fee is cleared.

I’ll supply the exhibition layout, rate card, marketing collateral, and a CRM login; you bring your local network, persuasive sales skills, and the energy to hit daily targets. Each confirmed stall plus cleared payment will count as a completed deliverable.
