About the Role
A large-scale digital transformation program within a manufacturing and supply chain environment is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Functional Consultant with deep, SME-level expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. You will work closely with Global Process Owners (GPOs), Process Owners (POs), business stakeholders, and technology teams to document requirements, assess current-state processes, and map business needs to existing and future system capabilities. This is a long-term contract engagement (1 year+, with extension possible).
What You'll Do
Lead workshops and working sessions with business stakeholders, GPOs, and Process Owners to elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
Document current-state ("As-Is") and future-state ("To-Be") processes across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and O2C domains.
Create process maps, user stories, business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and gap assessments.
Ensure process requirements are clearly aligned with business objectives and transformation goals.
Act as a trusted advisor to GPOs and business leadership; facilitate consensus across business and technology teams.
Present findings, recommendations, and process improvement proposals to leadership stakeholders.
Support governance, decision-making, and change management activities throughout the transformation program.
Perform data and target mapping activities as part of enterprise ERP implementation workstreams.
Write and analyze SQL queries to support data analysis and validation tasks.
What We're Looking For
Dealbreakers (must-haves):
10+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business Analysis, or Digital Transformation programs.
Proven SME-level, hands-on experience with Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes in manufacturing environments.
Documented experience leading end-to-end ERP implementation projects at enterprise scale.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong hands-on experience with order management and order entry processes.
Experience documenting requirements for large-scale ERP or business transformation initiatives.
Experience working directly with Global Process Owners, Business Process Owners, and executive-level stakeholders.
Proficiency creating process maps, user stories, BRDs, functional specifications, and gap assessments.
Experience with at least one enterprise ERP platform (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, or equivalent).
Proficiency writing and analyzing SQL queries.
Experience with target/data mapping in the context of ERP implementations.
Nice to Have:
Experience conducting requirements-gathering workshops and eliciting requirements from diverse business stakeholders.
Experience documenting current-state and future-state process assessments.
Experience supporting governance and change management activities within large transformation programs.
Background in manufacturing operations and supply chain environments.
