I am looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to review, improve, optimize, and enhance an enterprise-grade ISP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and ticketing platform.
SuperLink ISP CRM is designed to manage ISP operations from a centralized platform, including customers, sites, network connections, tickets, billing, payments, credentials, quotations, and operational workflows.
The existing application is already developed using a modern PERN + TypeScript architecture, and I am looking for professional-level improvements, bug fixing, feature enhancement, UI/UX refinement, security improvements, and production optimization.
