SuccessFactors EC Workflow Configuration

I need an SAP SuccessFactors consultant who can set up and fine-tune Business Rules and Workflows inside Employee Central. The immediate goal is to create robust approval processes for both Job Information and Position changes so that every move—whether it is a promotion, transfer, or position reclassification—follows a clear, auditable path.

Here is what I expect:

• Analyse our current EC configuration and identify touchpoints for JobInfo and Position transactions.
• Design the required business rules to trigger the correct workflow, enforce our data standards, and prevent inconsistent entries.
• Build and activate the approval process, routing it through the right roles and steps (sequential or parallel as best fits each case).
• Unit-test together with me in the test tenant, then migrate to production once sign-off is achieved.
• Provide concise documentation of the rule logic and workflow paths so we can maintain them internally later.

You will have access to our SF provisioning and test tenants. Please be comfortable working with the latest Employee Central framework, business rule scenarios, MDF objects, and the Workflow V2 engine. If you have delivered similar JobInfo or Position approval flows before, let me know—examples will speed up selection.
