Subtle Forehead Reduction Retouch

I have a single portrait that needs a professional, natural-looking forehead reduction in Photoshop. The goal is simple: make the forehead appear smaller while keeping my existing hairline exactly as it is. Beyond that, nothing else should change—hair texture, face shape and features, lighting, skin tone, and background must remain untouched and completely believable.

Please use non-destructive methods such as warp, liquify, or frequency separation so there are no visible distortions or cloning artifacts when the image is viewed up close. The finished edit should look like it was never retouched.
