Job Title:
Apparel Designer Wanted: Full Sublimation Polo Templates for WooCommerce Customiser (SVG Format + Print-Ready Vectors + Commercial Rights)
Job Description:
We are an apparel reselling business building an online, interactive product configurator on WooCommerce. We are seeking an experienced sportswear graphic designer to create a series of high-quality, full-sublimation polo shirt design templates targeting "Australian Year 6 Leavers" graduation shirts and school sports teams.
We are NOT looking for standard 3D mockups, flat JPEGs, or messy rasterised graphics. We require perfectly structured, web-optimised SVG files for our online customiser, alongside matching production-ready vector master blueprints for manufacturing.
Key Project Deliverables per Design:
1. Web-Ready Customiser Files (SVG): High-performance, clean SVG files of the front and back of the polo shirt to upload directly into our WooCommerce customiser.
2. Production-Ready Vector Files: Matching, fully layered and grouped source files in Adobe Illustrator (.AI) or CorelDRAW (.CDR) format mapped to standard apparel panels.
3. Font Documentation: A list of all fonts used (must be free Google Fonts or web-safe equivalents) so schools can edit names, rosters, and graduation years cleanly on screen.
Strict Technical Specifications for Web & Print Integration:
* Clean SVG Code & Layer Naming: In the SVG files, every editable panel/element (e.g., Main Body, Left Sleeve Accent, Collar Trim) must be a separate vector path assigned a unique, cleanly labeled global ID or layer name. No merged compound paths across different color areas.
* 100% Vector: Absolutely zero raster elements, embedded images, or unexpanded strokes/effects.
* Text Fields: Student name lists and class rosters must be kept as editable live text boxes (using web-safe or Google Fonts), not converted to outlines in the web customiser file.
* Color Setup: Web SVGs must be saved cleanly for screen display, but the matching production print templates must be mapped out onto an exploded apparel pattern (Front, Back, Sleeves, Collar) and strictly configured in the CMYK color space.
Ownership & Copyrights (Non-Negotiable):
By accepting this project, you agree that this is a "Work for Hire." Upon completion and payment, 100% of the intellectual property, copyright, and commercial resale rights transfer to us. We must have the unrestricted right to host these templates on our web customiser, allow our clients to modify them, and commercially resell apparel printed with these templates without any future royalties or attribution required.
To Apply, Please Provide:
1. Examples of your previous full-sublimation apparel designs (specifically sportswear or school uniforms).
2. Evidence or confirmation of your experience creating structured SVG files for web configurators/customisers.
3. Confirmation that you agree to the complete transfer of commercial resale rights.
4. Your preferred vector design software (Illustrator or CorelDRAW).
We are looking to build a long-term relationship with a reliable designer as we scale our online storefront catalog. If your file organization is clean and your designs are exceptional, regular ongoing work will follow.
