Subdivision Roadway and Duplex Rendering

I need images created for an undeveloped subdivision. The images will help visualize the completed project.

Requirements:
- Renderings of completed roadway and two duplex units.
- Based on provided site plan.
- Views needed:
- Aerial view of full subdivision
- Street-level view showing road and duplexes
- Site-plan view with proposed locations
- Duplex detail: Simple doors, windows, driveways, and landscaping

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in 3D rendering software
- Experience with architectural visualization
- Ability to create realistic planning concept images
