I have clear front- and side-view photos of a real person and I’d like you to turn them into a single, stylized-yet-recognisable 3D character ready for animation in Blender. The end goal is to drop the file straight into my scene, apply audio, and lip-sync without additional setup.
What I need
• A clean, all-quad mesh that keeps the likeness but leans toward a stylised look rather than photoreal.
• Full body armature built for animation—IK/FK limbs, twist bones where useful, plus easy-to-grab controllers.
• Facial rig with speech visemes as well as eye, eyebrow, and basic expression controls so I can handle dialogue, blinks, and reactions.
• Properly weighted skinning (no odd deformations at elbows, shoulders, or jaw) and organised layers/collections.
• Textures, materials, and a single .blend file (or FBX + textures if you prefer, but everything must import flawlessly in Blender).
Use case
This character will appear in short animated videos with close-ups, so the rig has to be responsive and stable during lip-sync scenes.
Timelines & proof of skill
I’m ready to move immediately. Please link to at least one previous Blender project showing a comparable stylised human model with facial controls so I can gauge quality. If you have a quick grey-box pass or proxy mesh within the first couple of days, that’s a plus and helps lock in proportions early.
Acceptance
I’ll consider the job complete once the model imports into my current Blender build, deforms correctly through a provided pose/animation test, and mouth shapes align with a short audio clip I’ll send.
If you have the availability to start right away and can meet these specifics, let’s talk.
