Stylized 3D Entertainment Animation

We need an experienced animator or small team to produce video content for a family Christmas experience launching in late November.

The visual style should be cinematic, magical and richly detailed, with convincing depth and lighting. Reference images will guide the final look.

PROJECT SCOPE

1. Magical transport: two distinct two-minute journeys, outbound and return.
2. Ice Cavern: an atmospheric frozen environment with animated effects and a scripted Christmas character performance.
3. North Pole Village: a magical village with environmental animation, activity sequences and a scripted Santa finale. Santa’s magic activates a Christmas tree and accompanies a live performer revealing and distributing gifts.

The Ice Cavern and Village each have a 12-minute guest dwell time. This does not require 12 minutes of continuous bespoke animation. We envisage seamless ambient loops, individually triggered sequences and character performances.

Reference images, scripts, creative direction and room dimensions will be supplied privately to shortlisted applicants.

REQUIREMENTS

• Consistent visual style and recognisable characters.
• Stable scenery suitable for large projected surfaces, without buildings or objects changing shape.
• Fixed-camera ambient scenes; moving-camera transport sequences.
• Pre-rendered content for manually triggered show playback.
• Precise cue points for dialogue, sound, lighting and live performer actions.
• Coordinated views across multiple projection surfaces where required; output layouts agreed before production.
• No watermarks. State native generation resolution separately from delivery resolution.
• Finished playback files, editable project files and an organised asset folder.
• Commercial rights covering a ticketed experience and promotional use, with all stock, music, voice and other third-party licences disclosed.

Equipment supply and on-site installation are outside this commission.

DELIVERY

We propose:

1. A short paid test using a supplied scene.
2. Approval of visual style, storyboard, technical formats and schedule.
3. Staged delivery of environments, journeys and character sequences.
4. Integration, revisions and final exports.

Target final delivery: 10 November 2026, allowing time for installation and testing. Please flag any timetable concerns in your response.

We also require an early 10-second promotional animation featuring a North Pole village and Santa’s sleigh, with no venue walls or equipment visible. Please include your earliest possible delivery date and a separate quote for this item.
