Student Hub Platform Website Development

I want to launch a single web destination that makes campus life simpler for students. The core of the build is a clean, responsive site that simultaneously highlights hostel listings, coaching listings, and timely exam notifications. For the notifications, the focus is on Government exams, so the backend must let me publish, edit, and archive those alerts quickly.

Beyond the listings, I also need a built-in referral program. Students should be able to share a personal code or link, track every successful referral in their dashboard, and automatically unlock offers or credits when milestones are hit. Clear analytics for me on the admin side is essential so I can see sign-ups, conversions, and payout totals at a glance.

Key workflow
• Users browse hostels, messes, libraries, coaching centers, notes, and exam updates in one place.
• Powerful search and filter options keep the experience snappy on both mobile and desktop.
• Admin panel controls all content, referrals, and user management without touching code.
• Secure login (email or social) plus a straightforward registration path.
• Scalable architecture ready for adding forums, counselling, or scholarship modules later.

Acceptance criteria
1. Fully functional listing modules for hostels, coaching, and government-exam notifications.
2. Referral engine with shareable links/codes, user-visible tracking, and admin reporting.
3. Modern UI/UX built with standard frameworks (React, Vue, or similar) and a robust backend (Node, Django, Laravel—open to your recommendation).
4. Deployed to a cloud host, SSL enabled, and basic SEO set up.
