I need help ramping up the academy’s visibility among students. The immediate focus is on social media management and content creation that feels authentic, informative, and engaging to a student audience.
Here’s what I’m looking for:
• A strategic content calendar mapped to our academic calendar, trending topics, and enrollment cycles.
• Scroll-stopping posts (copy, visuals, short-form video ideas) ready to upload to Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Consistent community management—timely replies, comment moderation, basic DMs routing.
• Weekly performance snapshots highlighting reach, engagement, follower growth, and actionable tweaks for the next sprint.
You’ll have access to our brand guidelines, past creative assets, and any subject-matter experts you need for interviews or quotes. Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Express, or similar lightweight design tools is ideal; if you prefer something more advanced, that works too as long as assets stay on-brand and editable.
Acceptance criteria
• Four weeks of content scheduled in advance.
• Minimum twelve original posts per platform per month, optimized for each channel.
• Engagement rate improves by at least 10 % versus last month, demonstrated in the weekly report.
If you’ve helped other education brands win student attention, I’d love to see examples—especially campaigns that converted views into sign-ups. Let’s create a presence that makes students want to learn more before the competition does.
