Structural Plans for 12x20 Cabin

I am seeking a Nevada-licensed professional engineer to provide structural drawings, calculations, and a stamped set of plans for a foundation retrofit on an existing cabin so the structure can be brought into compliance with Elko County building permit requirements.
Project summary
• Structure: Existing 12 ft × 20 ft cabin (approximately 240 sq ft)
• Location: Pilot Peak area, Elko County, Nevada
• Current status: The cabin has already been constructed. The foundation does not currently meet local permit standards and requires a retrofit design that can be submitted for permit approval.
• Scope requested: Structural design for a foundation retrofit (or new foundation system as required) that will support the existing cabin and satisfy Elko County requirements, including frost depth, soil bearing, and applicable snow/wind/seismic loads.
