Structural Integrity Assessment Needed

I need a skilled structural engineer to evaluate a joist notching done during a kitchen remodel. The residence is in Oswego Il, local person desired.

Key tasks include:
- Assessing the integrity of the notched joist (2 x 10" joist notched to run 3 12x 8 " oval ducting, the notch is ~3" x 9" a little less than 1/3 the distance from the wall(not in the middle third))
- Evaluating the entire structural stability
- Providing remediation recommendations
