Structural Engineer for G+4 Mixed-Use Building

Structural Analysis & Design Required – G+4 Mixed-Use Building with Basement, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania

I am looking for an experienced structural engineer to carry out the full structural analysis and design for a G+4 mixed-use commercial/residential building with basement parking/storage, located in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

The building includes basement, ground floor commercial/stores, upper commercial/residential floors, roof slab and stair cover. Architectural PDF drawings are available and will be provided for design reference.

Required deliverables:
- Full structural analysis and design according to BS EN Eurocode
- Structural design report with calculations and design assumptions
- Complete structural drawings in PDF
- Complete structural drawings in editable CAD/DWG format
- Foundation, columns, beams, slabs, staircase, retaining/basement elements, and roof slab design
- Clear structural framing plans, sections, reinforcement details, schedules, and notes
