Structural Drawings Quantity Take-Off

I will provide the complete set of structural drawings and need a precise bill of quantities extracted from them. The scope covers every construction phase—foundation, superstructure and finishing works—so I expect the take-off to reflect each stage clearly.

Please quantify the following items:
• Concrete volumes (all grades and pours)
• Steel reinforcement (diameter, length and weight)
• Formwork areas
• Brickwork volumes or square metres, as appropriate
• Plaster areas for all specified surfaces

I am looking for a neatly organised spreadsheet (Excel or similar) that references drawing numbers, grid lines and sheet notes for easy cross-checking. Include your calculation sheets or marked-up PDFs so I can follow the logic behind every figure.

Accuracy is critical; tolerance should be within standard industry norms. If something in the drawings is unclear, flag it early so we can resolve it before you proceed.
