Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases.
Lead project teams, assign tasks, and manage resources to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Monitor project progress and performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and stored appropriately.
Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and implementing lessons learned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager, managing medium to large-scale projects.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, MS Project, Jira).
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus.
