Store Executive Needed - 3 Months Physical Presence - Mumbai BKC

I run a busy retail outlet and I’m looking for a store executive who can juggle several core functions without losing sight of great customer service—the heart of this role. Day-to-day you’ll keep our shelves and back-room stock in sync by managing inventory, oversee the billing counter for error-free checkouts, track sales figures so I can see trends in real time, and keep the merchandising fresh and on-brand.

Customer interaction, however, is mission-critical: you should feel comfortable greeting shoppers, offering clear product information, and generally elevating the customer experience from the moment they walk in to the moment they leave. When questions arise you’ll be the friendly face with quick, accurate answers, ensuring every guest feels looked after.

To help me measure success, I’ll need:
• A concise daily inventory update
• End-of-shift sales and billing summary
• Brief notes on any customer feedback or product questions you handled
