Stoke Groundwork BD Manager Needed

I run a growing groundwork company based around Stoke-on-Trent and I’m ready to widen my client base. We take on full groundwork’s packages and provide in house engineering services. We run machinery with the latest gps machine control . and I’m aiming these services squarely at commercial and industrial building projects in the region. What I need now is a business development manager who already knows, or can quickly map, the main contractors active in Staffordshire and neighbouring counties.

Your primary mission is straightforward: find the right main contractors and open the door for me. I’m looking for warm introductions, not just a spreadsheet of names, so I can start genuine conversations that lead to our first subcontract packages together.

• Documented contact details for the decision makers you’ve engaged
• Confirmed introductions (email or in-person) that put me directly in touch with those decision makers

Success for me is shaking hands—virtually or face to face—with at least a handful of contractors who are ready to consider us for their next foundations or concrete package.
