Steel Fence and Sliding Gate Detailing

I need an experienced steel designer/detailer to prepare drawings for security fencing and sliding gates at a secure government site in Sydney, NSW. We fabricate in-house, so the work is in two stages:

Stage 1 – Design/submission drawings for client sign-off: GA plan and elevations, typical sections and details, member sizes, footing/plinth details, anchor schedule to block wall, interface details, structural certification (or coordination with our engineer).

Stage 2 – Fabrication shop drawings for our workshop: assembly and part drawings, weld details (AS/NZS 1554.1), gate hardware and motor bracket set-out, DXF cutting files, BOM/cut lists, erection drawings.

Scope:
- Perforated metal screen fence, approx. 20 lm x 2.45 m high, incl. one 810 x 2100 pedestrian gate
- 600 mm perforated anti-climb screen, approx. 30.5 lm, anchored to a masonry block wall
- 2 x sectional sliding gates (6.2 m and 4.6 m x 2.45 m high) with Beninca motors
- Intercom bollard, gate plinths and post footings
- 1.8 m Colorbond fence layout and junctions

Australian Standards: AS 4100, AS/NZS 1170, AS/NZS 1554.1, AS 3600.

Stage 1 needed within 3–5 business days of engagement. Stage 2 to follow client sign-off.

Please quote price per stage and include examples of similar design and fabrication drawings, your software and turnaround. Full drawing set provided to the successful applicant under NDA. Scope sheet attached.
