Steel and Aluminum Tool Production Partner

I have a simple 6" × 6" × 3" tool—one solid piece, no moving parts—that must be machined from solid stock, sand-blasted or otherwise prepped, and finished in a durable red coating. Tool is produced in cast aluminum version, as well as a mild steel version. Detailed drawings with full tolerances are ready to share as soon as we agree on NDA terms.

My current supplier struggles with lead-times and unit pricing, so I’m exploring a new manufacturing relationship capable of producing reliable batches of roughly 26–100 units at a time. I’m looking for someone who can help me find a manufacturing source that will hold tight dimensional accuracy, deliver clean surface prep before paint, and package each piece to prevent scuffing in transit.
