Steak Knife 3D CAD Prototyping -- 2

I have an innovative steak-knife concept sketched out with some AI photorealistic renderings (that are not mechanically correct), but what I really need now is an experienced CAD partner who can turn those images into a series of 3D-print-ready models. Note: for enforceable IP protection, I am only considering US based designers right now.
Also, we need to talk BY PHONE, not Zoom, before proceeding with an agreement. It quickly became laughably obvious every response I am getting on this platform is AI. I get that, but I need to talk to the human being designer live by phone before deciding; that's a requirement.
This design is meant to significantly increase the mechanical advantage of this knife handle over standard handles. So an engineering background is highly desirable. You'll be handling the full CAD workflow—surface modelling, internal weighting for balance, file optimization for FDM/SLA printing—and supplying me with native files (STEP or Fusion 360 preferred) plus clean, watertight STL exports each round.
We will be working in short, feedback-driven cycles: I print, test in hand, share notes; you update geometry and resend. Expect several prototype loops before we lock the design. Guidance on wall thickness, fillet radii, tolerance for post-processing, and knife-safe materials will be invaluable throughout.
Before any proprietary design info is shared, I'll want to execute a simple NDA with IP protections; please be comfortable signing one. If you think you are a good fit, are entrepreneurial in nature, and are an "eagle" vs. a "duck" (you won't understand that unless you've read the book "Your Erroneous Zones"), then I’d love to talk to you.
