Static Pakistan IP for Webserver

I need a genuine, ISP-issued static IPv4 address (Only I use, not shared) that is geographically located inside Pakistan. The line will front-end a small production web server, so uptime, clean routing, and unthrottled ports 80/443 are essential. I’ll also be running my own mail services behind the same address and will therefore require Socks 5 to be open and fully usable.

Here’s what I expect from you:
• Provision of the static Pakistani IP with clear documentation of the assignment.
• Quick walkthrough (or concise guide) showing how to bind the IP to my on-prem machine (Linux) and verify reachability.

Once the IP is reachable externally and the basic connectivity tests for the web server, Socks5 succeed, I’ll consider the job complete.
