Static Designer for Creatine Gummy Brand

Summary
We are a US supplement brand selling creatine gummies. We're under a year old and scaling fast on Meta.
Direct response drives everything, and all creative is made in-house.
We're launching new products, so statics are becoming a much bigger part of our creative mix.

The role
You own statics end to end, from concept to finished ad.
One concept is one design with around 4 copy variations, delivered in 4:5 and 9:16. Carousels and GIFs come up occasionally.
Copy comes from our headline bank or from a brief by one of our creative strategists.
Every design goes through our senior designer, then the Head of Creative for final sign-off.
Fully remote, no timezone requirements. Use whatever tools get the best result: Figma, Photoshop, AI, all fine.

Compensation
Monthly base plus a performance bonus tied to how much Meta spend your ads get. Long-term role, part-time or full-time.

Process
Portfolio review → paid test → trial month → ongoing contract.
