Startup Social Media Manager/General VA

I’m about to launch a personal dating app. For the next 1 to 3 months, I need someone who can keep our social presence and a general VA. The priority is day-to-day social media management: planning the calendar, crafting posts including AI generated reels/ads, scheduling them, moderating comments and DMs, and watching the numbers so we know what’s working.

Deliverables
• Monitor company email
• Daily content calendar covering Instagram, TikTok, Facebook
• Edited video snippets or reels (ratio and length tailored to each platform)
• Captions, hashtags, and upload scheduling for every post
• Community engagement: reply to comments within 24 hours and flag anything urgent
• End-of-month analytics report with actionable insights and next-step suggestions
