Startup Business Consultant Needed

I run a very early-stage startup and I’d like a seasoned consultant to step in as a strategic sounding board. At this point everything—from our go-to-market approach to the financial projections and day-to-day operating model—is still fluid, so I need clear, actionable guidance that will set the foundations right before we scale.

The immediate priorities are:
• A concise review of our current concept, traction and competitive landscape
• A practical, prioritised action roadmap covering market positioning, revenue model and operational setup
• Two or three virtual working sessions where we can walk through the findings, refine assumptions and lock next steps

Please draw on your past experience with startups and feel free to recommend best-practice tools (e.g. Lean Canvas, financial forecasting templates, KPI dashboards in Excel or Google Sheets). I’m expecting straight-talking advice, a deliverable I can share with potential investors, and clarity on how to measure progress over the next quarter.
