Start-Up Board Advisors Needed

I’m forming the inaugural board for my new holding company and need a few independent voices who can contribute on a freelance basis. You’ll bring a blend of finance, marketing and legal expertise to help me pressure-test ideas, steer strategic planning, and keep our governance spotless as we scale.

Our portfolio will eventually include technology, healthcare and finance, so insight across those sectors is especially valuable. The commitment is light—roughly one day per quarter—but the advice must be first-rate.

Deliverables
• Written feedback on each board pack ahead of quarterly virtual meetings
• Active participation in those meetings, challenging assumptions and refining strategy
• A concise governance & compliance summary twice a year
