Standardize Google Sheet Text Entries

I have a Google Sheet whose text fields have been filled in by multiple team members over time, leaving the same items written in different ways. I need someone to go through the sheet, identify every inconsistent entry, and rewrite each one into a single, standardized format so the data is clean and uniform throughout.

You will work directly in the live Google Sheet, making the corrections cell-by-cell (no exports or offline copies, please). Formulas and numeric columns are fine as they are; the job touches text cells only.

Deliverable: a Google Sheet where every text entry that currently varies is presented in the agreed-upon standard wording and style, with no duplicates created by spelling or spacing differences. A quick walkthrough of any edge cases you encountered would be helpful once you finish, just so I can understand your approach and keep future entries consistent.
