Stamped Structural Permit Drawings

My full set of architectural drawings for a new-build residential project is already compiled in a single PDF and otherwise permit-ready. I now need a licensed structural engineer to give the package a final structural review, make any revisions required by code, and return a signed and stamped set that I can submit to the building department.
The PDF includes plans, elevations, sections, and preliminary framing layouts. Your task is to confirm load paths, sizing, connections, and overall compliance with current residential codes, then overlay or red-line any adjustments before issuing the final stamped sheets.
Deliverables
• Reviewed PDF with mark-ups (if changes are needed)
• Final structural sheets bearing your professional stamp and signature, ready for permit submission
• Brief summary letter noting compliance and any assumptions or calculations performed
Please confirm that your stamp is valid in my jurisdiction and indicate your typical turnaround time once you receive the file.
