Stamped Retaining Wall & Erosion Plans

I need a full set of construction-ready drawings and a soil-erosion/sediment-control plan for a straight Keystone-block retaining wall that will exceed 8 ft in height. The site is underlain by clay, so the design must reflect conservative drainage details, appropriate geogrid lengths, and any additional bearing capacity checks required by Georgia’s building code.

Because the plans will be submitted to my county for permit, they must carry a current Georgia Professional Engineer’s seal. This includes structural calculations, material specs for the Keystone units and backfill, and the erosion-control notes and symbols that our local reviewers expect.

Deliverables
• PDF (and DWG if available) plan, elevation, section, and detail sheets
• Sealed structural calculations covering global stability, sliding, overturning, and bearing
• Georgia-compliant soil-erosion and sediment-control sheet ready for submittal
• Title block with your PE license number and digital signature
