I have a straightforward 20 ft × 20 ft welded-steel carport that must meet City of Phoenix permitting requirements. You will receive my clean CAD model and elevations so you can focus on the engineering rather than drafting from scratch.

The permit office requires an Arizona structural engineer stamp. Along with the CAD, I can supply a recent survey/plot plan, soil report with allowable bearing pressure, and site photos plus the property address for context.

What I need back:
• Signed and sealed structural drawings in PDF (and DWG for my records) covering the frame and concrete footings
• Wind, seismic, and weather load calculations that reference current Phoenix amendments to the IBC
• Connection and weld details called out clearly so a fabricator can build without RFI’s
• Any notes or schedules the city typically looks for (steel specs, concrete strength, anchor layout)

Please size members conservatively but keep the steel weight reasonable; this is a residential install. Turnaround inside one week would let me stay on my permit timeline, but let me know if you need a bit more time for calcs.
