Stamped Foundation Design ASAP

I need a licensed structural engineer to prepare a complete foundation design for an existing building and stamp the drawings so they pass our local permit and inspection review. The core deliverable is a set of signed‐and‐sealed foundation plans, plus any supporting calculations the building department may request.

The structure already exists; however, the city will not issue the final occupancy permit until they receive updated, engineer-sealed foundation documents. If additional photos, measurements, soil information, or previous drawings are helpful, let me know right away—I can gather them quickly.

Turnaround is critical: I’m aiming to submit to the city within the next one to two weeks. Please outline how soon you can deliver the stamped plans, must be registered in Manitoba Canada, and the PDF format IS REQUIRED for submission.
