Stamped Covered Deck Engineering Plans

I need a complete set of permit-ready drawings for a 14' × 13' covered deck that will attach to my existing home in Liberty, Missouri. The deck will have a gabled roof and will be fully screened in.

Please base the design on cedar posts, treated joists, dimensional-lumber roof framing, and composite decking The deck will also feature black aluminum railings and it will be screened in. Once the architectural layout is finished, I’ll also need the structural calculations and details engineered to current Liberty, Missouri building code requirements and any applicable IRC provisions. The plans will need to be sealed by a Missouri-licensed professional engineer.

Deliverables expected:
• Architectural plan, elevations, and roof framing layout
• Structural drawings with beam, post, footing, and connection specs
• Engineer’s calculations package
• Final PDF set stamped and sealed for Missouri, ready for city submission

I’ll supply photos, measurements of the existing structure, and the city’s submittal checklist as soon as we start so you can move straight into the design work. I am also available to get additional measurements.
