I need an interactive dashboard that connects directly to the existing Stake API and streams live betting data into clear visualisations. The focus is on tracking player activity—specifically bets, wins, losses, and profit / loss—both at an individual level and in aggregate so I can spot patterns, high-value players, and risky behaviour in real time.
Data flow & integration
You will handle the full API handshake, authentication, and scheduling so the dashboard always stays current without manual uploads. If the API changes, a simple config edit rather than a code rewrite should keep it running.
Visualisation & user experience
Charts and tables must load quickly, allow date-range filtering, and drill down from overall performance to a single player’s history in a click. Clean, responsive layouts are essential because I’ll be checking numbers on desktop screens during the day and on a tablet at night.
Security & performance
All credentials stay encrypted, and rate-limits on the Stake API need to be respected to avoid throttling. Cache where sensible; no sensitive data should be written to the front-end logs.
Deliverables
• A web-based dashboard (React, Vue, or similar)
• Backend integration service (Node, Python, or similar) pulling from the Stake API
• Source code in a private repo with setup instructions
• One-page deployment guide and brief video walkthrough
Acceptance criteria
1. Live figures for bets, wins, losses, and profit / loss match API totals within 1 %.
2. Filters update visuals in under two seconds on a 30-day dataset.
3. New API key can be swapped in via an environment variable with no code edits.
If you’ve built betting, gaming, or fintech dashboards before, show me. Let’s get this live quickly so I can start making data-driven calls.
