Stabilize & Expand Existing AI

I already have a functioning Personal AI Operating System, HAI, but it is suffering from frequent crashes and noticeable performance lags. Before anything else, I need the current build fully stabilized—this is the single highest priority. Once the platform runs cleanly, the mandate is to fold in the best, legally compatible capabilities from OpenClaw, Hermes Agent, and Odysseus so that every agent lives inside one coherent architecture.

Core objectives
• Resolve all crash-related and performance bottlenecks in the present codebase.
• Perform a deep comparative analysis of OpenClaw, Hermes Agent, and Odysseus, then integrate features that comply with their licences.
• Connect every existing agent under one orchestrator, with particular emphasis on advanced multi-agent coordination, richer memory, stronger planning and auto-verification loops.
• Deliver a codebase that is tested, documented, and ready for production use—no stubs, no “demo-only” wiring.

Working conditions & expectations
The budget is a hard ceiling, so every hour must push the real product forward, not produce throw-away prototypes. I’ll grant repo access as soon as we start; you keep a running CHANGELOG and short video walkthroughs of major milestones so we can track incremental wins.

Acceptance criteria
1. HAI builds and runs on the target environment without crashes for 48 h continuous stress-test.
2. All previous performance lags benchmark at ≤20 % of original latency.
3. Unified agent layer exposes a single API that triggers multi-agent orchestration tasks end-to-end.
4. Integration points from OpenClaw, Hermes Agent, and Odysseus are documented with licence notes.
5. A concise, step-by-step setup guide plus in-code documentation are merged into the main branch.
