Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Pre Sales & Deal Shaping
Lead Oracle centric pre sales engagements including solution design, value articulation, estimations, and proposal development
Work closely with sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to convert opportunities into signed deals
Support RFP / RFQ responses, assessments, and Oracle transformation proposals
Actively participate in customer discovery, workshops, and executive presentations
2. CXO Relationship Management
Build and sustain strong CXO level relationships with customer executives (CIO, CFO, COO, CDO)
Position Oracle based transformation, Agentic AI, and industry solutions as strategic business outcomes
Serve as a trusted advisor for enterprise Oracle roadmaps, modernization, and AI enablement
3. Oracle Alliance & Partnership Management
Own end to end Oracle alliance relationship including:
oOracle account teams
oAlliance governance
oJoint account planning
oCo sell and co innovation initiatives
Act as the primary point of contact for Oracle Partner Management in the US region
Drive joint GTM programs, campaigns, and solution positioning with Oracle
4. Oracle Events & Ecosystem Engagement
Represent the organization at Oracle events (Oracle CloudWorld, regional events, partner forums)
•Coordinate and participate in:
oBooth presence
oThought leadership sessions
oCustomer meetings
oPartner networking
Strengthen market visibility and brand positioning in the Oracle ecosystem
5. Oracle Agentic AI Solutions – Strategy & Evangelism
Lead Oracle Agentic AI solution discussions with customers and Oracle product teams
Evangelize Agentic AI use cases across:
oOracle Fusion ERP
oIndustry solutions
oBusiness process automation and intelligence
Position Agentic AI as a value driven accelerator rather than a technology experiment
6. Marketplace Solutions & GTM Execution
Drive packaging and deployment of Agentic AI / IP led solutions on:
oOracle Cloud Marketplace (OCI / Fusion ecosystem)
Work with engineering and product teams to:
oDefine solution scope
oPricing and licensing models
oCompliance with Oracle marketplace standards
Enable sales teams with solution collateral, demos, and value propositions
7. Assessment & Advisory Project Execution
Lead and govern Oracle assessment projects, including:
oERP modernisation assessments
oCloud readiness assessments
oAI / Agentic opportunity assessments
Ensure high quality execution, senior stakeholder engagement, and actionable roadmaps
Act as executive sponsor for early phase advisory engagements
