Full QA + Bug Fix — E-Commerce Website (Squarespace) — Pre-Launch!

Project: Sumbora — Fitness & lifestyle e-commerce brand
Platform: Squarespace
Goal: Complete a fix website, full QA pass across the entire site (desktop + mobile), fix all bugs found, and get the site fully ready for public launch and sales.

What I need

I need an experienced QA tester / Squarespace developer to test every page and every feature, on both desktop and mobile, including:

Homepage, Shop, individual product pages, and category pages
Cart and full checkout flow
Login / Create Account / guest checkout
Wishlist functionality
Site search
Contact form and newsletter signup
All footer links and legal pages (Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, FAQ)
Overall visual design, layout, and color consistency across the entire site
What needs to be fixed
Broken or inconsistent functionality (e.g., product variant selectors not updating correctly, wishlist saving the wrong product variant)
Visual bugs: overlapping elements, badges, buttons, or text
Design and color inconsistencies across pages
Content that appears in the wrong place, or is duplicated/mismatched between pages (e.g., the same customer review showing different details on different pages)
Broken links, dead buttons, or missing confirmation states
Typos and formatting inconsistencies across all legal/policy pages, including inconsistent numbers or details repeated across multiple pages (e.g., shipping times should be standardized to 1–3 business days everywhere it's mentioned)
Confirm end-to-end store functionality and security
Free shipping threshold applies correctly at checkout
Payment processor (Stripe/Squarespace Payments) is fully connected; a real test transaction should be run only once account setup is fully confirmed
Order confirmation and notification emails work correctly, and it's clear where each type of email lands
Product reviews system is fully explained: which app powers it, when review-request emails are sent, and whether reviews need approval before going live. If sample/placeholder reviews are currently on the site, please replace them with authentic-sounding customer reviews that read naturally, not AI-generated
A brief explanation of what account holders can access (order history, saved info, etc.), and confirmation that guest checkout remains available without forcing account creation
Deliverable

A clean, running bug report as you work — a simple list of what was found and what was fixed, so I have a full record by the end.

Known issues to start from

I've completed an initial QA pass myself and have a documented list of known bugs, text errors, and open questions to share at project start. This is a starting point, not the full scope — I expect a professional QA pass to catch additional issues beyond what I've already found.

What "done" looks like
Every page works correctly and looks polished on both desktop and mobile
No overlapping elements, no visual bugs, consistent design and color usage sitewide
All content is accurate, consistent, and placed correctly across every page
Checkout works reliably end-to-end, with payment processing fully tested and confirmed once ready
The site is fully ready to publish live and accept real customer orders
Ideal candidate
Strong experience with Squarespace specifically (not just general web development)
Experience with e-commerce QA — checkout flows, payment integrations, product variants
Detail-oriented, comfortable testing systematically rather than spot-checking
Clear communicator who can explain issues and fixes in plain language

One fix price for this project, and i will pay once the project is fully completed.
I need it to be done with in a week.
