I currently run several Squarespace sites that cover the same brand message. Keeping them separate is splitting link equity and confusing search engines, so the plan is to fold everything into one premium Squarespace build and, at the same time, give the unified site a focused SEO makeover aimed squarely at higher search-engine rankings.

Scope of work
• Migrate all pages, posts, media, and style elements into a single Squarespace 7.1 site without breaking design consistency.
• Map every old URL to its new counterpart with 301 redirects so authority flows cleanly.
• Re-architect navigation, collections, and internal linking for clear crawl paths.
• Optimise on-page elements—titles, H-tags, meta descriptions, alt text, image compression—around carefully selected long-tail keywords (I have themes in mind but need your help pinpointing the exact phrases).
• Implement technical SEO best practices: canonical tags, structured data where relevant, clean sitemap submission, and page-speed tweaks inside Squarespace’s constraints.
• Hand over a short report that lists the redirects, keyword targets, and any further priority actions you recommend.

Acceptance criteria
1. No 4xx errors after consolidation (I will test with Screaming Frog).
2. Core Web Vitals remain “Good” or improve on key templates.
3. At least 90 % of migrated pages keep or improve their baseline rankings after the first crawl recache.

If you’ve tackled multi-site merges on Squarespace before and understand how to wring the most SEO benefit from long-tail keyword focus, this should be a straightforward collaboration.
